Gotzler graduated with Honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1997 and practices exclusively in the area of employment, labor, and human resources law. During his career, Gotzler has represented and provided legal counsel to employers of all sizes and industries throughout the U.S., from multi-national Fortune 50 companies to start-up companies. His practice includes employment litigation, ADA/FMLA leave and accommodation issues, wage & hour compliance, non-compete agreements, independent contractor issues, and labor relations and NLRB proceedings.
Gotzler’s recent experience includes guiding his client employers to successful dismissal of employment-related claims before various courts and administrative enforcement agencies; advising employers on contingent workforce issues, FLSA audits, and employment policies and procedures; representing employers in collective bargaining negotiations, and designing and delivering human resources training courses for executives and managers.
