Experienced HR Professionals Ellie Roekle and Leann Ploessl join Clark & Gotzler

Clark & Gotzler, Attorneys at Law, LLC is pleased to announce that Ellie Roekle and Leann Ploessl have joined the firm’s growing Human Resources practice area, furthering the firm’s mission of providing employment law and HR services with in-house insight.

Ellie Roekle joins Clark & Gotzler with over 15 years of HR experience with Fortune 500 & 1000 companies in the insurance/financial services, telecommunications and HR consulting industries. Ellie is a strategic and tactical HR professional with a wide range of domestic and international experience spanning the HR lifecycle. She has demonstrated expertise in benefits advice, staff reorganization, leader and employee consulting, coaching and group facilitation. Ellie builds rapport and credibility easily with diverse groups ranging from union employees to senior executives. With her SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), health and life insurance Resident Intermediary and Change Management (Prosci) certifications, Ellie is well-positioned to assist and advise clients as the firm’s Strategic HR Manager.

Leann Ploessl joins the firm with over 10 years of HR experience. Throughout her career, Leann has held Manager, Solo Practitioner and Generalist level roles in various industries, including retail, direct marketing, manufacturing and professional services. She has experience in a variety of topics, including benefits administration, employee relations, FMLA, performance management, recruitment and compensation. She has been involved in various projects dealing with downsizing workforce, compliance management, ACA compliance, discipline and discharge issues, harassment investigations and policy and procedures review and development. With her SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, Leann is well-positioned to assist and advise clients as a Strategic HR Advisor at the firm.
